Location

The Swim People have a fantastic location for your adult swimming course. Based on the South Coast of the UK, we are facing the Isle of Wight which is just a short ferry ride across the Solent and we are right between Portsmouth and Southampton. We chose this location because it is a mix of coastal and countryside - yet conveniently central.

There are country walks galore as well as City delights, all right on our doorstep. After you have spent your session learning to swim and working hard, there is so much to do in the surrounding areas during the rest of your day.

The pool itself is a 5 minute walk from the beaches at Lee-on-the-Solent. Sit near the beach huts, grab a cup of tea and a slice of homemade cake at 'The Shack' and watch all the local surf bums zipping around the Solent.

The pubs and restaurant choices are fantastic, so you are never short of places to eat and drink.

We are ideally placed between Portsmouth and Southampton and only a short ferry ride from the Isle of Wight. The Spinnaker Tower and Gunwharf Quays shopping centre are a fantastic way to spend your afternoon or take a stroll through the wonderful New Forest which is also not far away.

There are beautiful golf courses near by, great spas to help you relax or head off to the city for some retail therapy whatever your interests are there is something for everyone. We have all the information you need to make the most of your stay.

As far as location is concerned, it really doesn't get much better!
